Workarounds for this issue. Hack construction/production module. Needs to be done every 5 hours. This will prevent problematic station from creating trade requests. OMG! I just found out you can use "redesign" for a group of ships! This is so cool and will save much time :-)

Somehow I was convinced it only worked for a single ship.

Roger that, I'll keep this as a reference but I assume if it has not been published at large, it is still under construction. At the time I also updated every single paint mod image for the wiki. Never could get them uploaded. You don't even want to know how much work that was lol. Sad they never got used. Wiki Paint Mods Weird, I initially uploaded all the ones currently present. I now see I cannot edit the page anymore....
